Greg Ruthven
Greg Ruthven is an Associate Director with Rennie Partners. Prior to joining Rennie Partners, Greg spent the past six years at the Australian Energy Market Operator as a specialist in energy market regulation and a strategic adviser.
Prior to this, Greg was at the Independent Market Operator in Western Australia for more than 5½ years as a manager. He also worked for more than 10 years at technology company Schlumberger.
Greg has strong regulatory and market structuring experience, having played an active role in the evolution of both the National and Western Australian energy transition, and providing strategic input and leadership across a number of aspects of the market including Rule Changes, advising system issues and within the DER/metering ecosystem.
