David Northcott
David Northcott is a Senior Manager with Rennie Partners. Prior to joining Rennie Partners, David spent over three years with the Electricity Division within the Commonwealth Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources and, prior to that, was engaged for almost three years as a commercial lawyer with Minter Ellison in the commercial and regulatory space.
During that time, David worked closely with electricity distributors on contestable metering reforms, distribution determinations, and advised on transmission network connection issues and contractual arrangements.
David specialises in complex regulatory analysis, problem solving and project management across the energy value chain.
